What is an empowerment coach and what is the benefit of working with one?
An empowerment coach helps you to cultivate a positive and abundant mindset through releasing limiting beliefs, building healthy gratitude practises, provides you with tasking and keeps you accountable. Your empowerment coach will also help you to build your self confidence and create a life that is abundant and happy in all areas.
What is an abundance mindset?
An abundance mindset you focus on progress and positivity in your life rather than any form of lack or scarcity. By having an abundance mindset you are empowered to pursue your passions and dream big because you see opportunities are endless. A person with an abundance mindset is generally successful in many areas of their life as their positive attitude continues to attract positivity in other areas of their life. The key to an abundance mindset is a regular practise of being grateful and living in the present moment.
What are limiting beliefs?
Limiting beliefs are negative thought patterns that disempower you. They can impact your personal and professional goals. They commonly develop at a very young age and are influenced by what you were told you can and cannot do. These comments may have been made by your teacher, your parents, other family members and even your friends. A common limiting belief is that you are not good enough to do ‘xyz’. As a result you build a thought pattern of ‘i am not good enough’ and so don’t pursue what you want to with confidence. An empowerment coach will help you to release any limiting beliefs so that you can create and live the life your desire.
What is the benefit of using positive affirmations?
Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to reset any negative and self sabotaging thoughts that are negative. The statements are specific to a certain topic, easy to remember and remember. As you continue to embrace, read, write or say your positive affirmation you are resetting your brain from any negative thoughts and creating an abundance mindset.
What is the circle of life?
The circle of life is the primary tool used by IIN coaches. It is used to explain all of the primary food areas that are important in your life and how they are interlinked. Eg: you could have a thriving career, but be unhealthy. Analysis of the circle of life shows areas of your life that are thriving and highlights areas requiring some improvement. Using the circle of life, a mindset coach can help articulate how each area is linked and what tools can be used to remove any limiting beliefs or blockages impacting that area.
What is primary food vs secondary food?
Primary food covers key areas of your life such as career, relationships, money, physical activity and spirituality. Secondary food is the food that you eat which can be either nourishing or harmful to the physical body. That is why it is important to get balance and harmony in all areas covering primary food.
What does daily gratitude look like?
A daily practise of gratitude is writing or saying out allowed 3-10 things you are grateful for and why. A gratitude list reminds you of all the positive in your mind and encourages a happier and healthier outlook on life and your goals. The more grateful you are, the more positivity you will attract in your life.
